ALL THE ITEMS SOLD BY FOOD EQUIPMENT WAREHOUSE, ARE BRAND NEW UNLESS SPECIFIED AND SOLD AS IS CONDITION. ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

 

Orders 

Availability 

In-stock items generally ship within 3 business days. Items that are not in-stock, backordered and being shipped from the manufacture will take longer period of time to fulfill your order. We will send you an e-mail notification within 1 business day, if your order is on backorder or out of stock. Please contact us immediately, if you have a time constraint on the order. 

 

Cancellation by Food Equipment Warehouse 

We, Food Equipment Warehouse, reserve the right to cancel any order, refund, credit, or reshipment without any notice at our discretion. Also, we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts and your right to use our services without any type of reimbursement for termination. The violation of our policies or applicable law, involve in frauds or scam, misuse of our website, or any type of harmful conduct to our interests or another user, may result in the termination.  

 

Cancelling or Modifying an Order 

Likewise, once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel/modify an order. There may be a cancellation and/or restocking fee to cover the cost of cancelling and/or restocking an order, which may be deducted from your return amount. The fee is 30% of the items cost. The customized item and special-order item cannot be modified, cancelled, and refunded once the order is placed. 

 

Payment Methods and Online Security 

All the orders must be placed online through our checkout process. We accept Credit Cards (Visa and Master Card, with a registered billing address in USA or Canada), and PayPal as payment methods. 

To ensure our customer’s security and safety, all orders must go through security checks before processing orders. We may contact you to validate an order via email and/or phone to protect against fraud and the use of stolen credit cards. It is your responsibility to provide required proof(s) for authentication of all credit cards. 

 

Order Communication 

As Food Equipment Warehouse is an e-commerce store, email is our main form of communication. All order related message will be sent to provided email address. Please make sure to provide a correct email address. 

 

Price Changes and Updates 

All prices are subject to change without notice. We will put our best effort to list accurate information including pricings, product description, product documents, etc. on our website. However, misinformation may occur due to manufacturers’ price increase, typographical errors and other various reasons. Food Equipment Warehouse reserves the right to change, modify and cancel items that are in your shopping cart and, ordered items with or without our confirmation at any time without a notice. If you do not wish to continue an order with the changes in order, please contact us immediately to cancel the order. 

Receipt of Incorrect Product 

If you believe you received the incorrect product, please keep the item(s) unused and in the original packaging and reach out us immediately. We may require a picture of the incorrect order.  

 

Return Policy 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR RETURN WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY PURCHASES.

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED DEFECTED AND/OR INCORRECT ITEMS, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT.

 

Shipping Policy 

Items will ship via third-party couriers such as UPS, Purolator etc. to your door. Most of shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. For larger items that requires freight service may not show shipping cost at the checkout. In this case, we will contact you via email and/or phone to provide further information. 

We ship USA and Canada. Please be advised that shipment crossing the boarder may resulted in additional taxes, duties, brokerage fee and other fees than calculated shipping cost at checkout.  

 

Damaged, Missing or Lost Items 

Once you receive shipment, please inspect it for any damage, lost or missing items and note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Do not throw away your copy of the delivery receipt and any packing materials. Please make sure to take pictures before opening the package, damaged items and packaging. You must report it to us within 1 business day.  

In the case of damage in transit, we must go to the carrier company to reimbursement. By signing the delivery receipt, you are taking responsibility and ownership for the shipment in the condition noted. If you did not note damage in any way on the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee any compensation for damages. Signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage is considered as received shipment in acceptable condition. 

Food Equipment Warehouse is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred due to delivery/shipping via carriers. 

 

Delivery Time 

Food Equipment Warehouse will try our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders will be processed and ready to ship within 3 business days from our warehouse. However, delivery times may vary from carriers and freight companies. Delivery dates at checkout are estimates but not guaranteed. Food Equipment Warehouse will not be responsible for any lose of business/products, loss of opportunity in any circumstance due to delayed shipment. Similarly, we will not be responsible for losses incurred due to delivery of faulty item(s).
